A brave leader risks doing the right thing, even when it's unpopular. The more unpopular the decision, the more likely it's the right decision.
Tom Clark, President of Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation is known as the man behind many of the decisions that made Denver great. He will joke that, from appearances, it's easy to believe that a group of leaders got together and made brilliant decisions about the future of Denver, but he will also be the first to tell you, that's not how it went down! Tom credits collaboration and a spirit of good will for every obvious success. He's a delightful story-teller as well, so be sure to listen to who inspires him as a #BraveLeadersCO.
Also, in our Pro-Business Colorado edition, Dave Tabor of the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry, introduces us to Lennar Homes division president, Rusty Crandall, who talks about the home building in Denver's housing market.
