Our guests are Tom Cycyota, President and CEO of AlloSource and Mark Van Tine CEO of Jeppesen and Vice President of Digital Aviation for Boeing, who share their experience of working with schools to better educate students in science, technology, engineering and math fields, to build a solid STEM workforce for Colorado.

Colorado is poised to take a lead in STEM fields now and in the future. Employers are already looking for a skilled workforce to fill the jobs left vacant by a retiring workforce. Currently, those employers are forced to look outside of the state to fill those jobs. Our discussion emphasizes the need for Colorado-grown, educated STEM workers to fill the growing need.
