AT&T

AT&T recognizes the importance of our first responders. FirstNet is designed to create a nationwide broadband network for America’s public safety community.

Championing the health and safety of our public safety community is not only incredibly important to the welfare of our local communities, but to the lives of the men and women who put themselves in harm’s way each and every day. This is what being a champion is all about and AT&T is stepping up to ensure this program is successful.

Crown Castle

In support of the 2015 Alpine World Ski Championships in Vail, Colorado, public safety officials wanted a wireless infrastructure solution in the Village that was capable of supporting 4G LTE applications to monitor activities during the event.

Crown Castle worked closely with the state of Colorado to set up a public safety network demonstration. The installation marks an important milestone, as it’s the first SCS network to operate using 700 MHz Band Class 14 over the same infrastructure as a commercial Distributed Antenna System (DAS). The trial serves as a model for FirstNet in other states as they consider various deployment options for the new Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network (NPSBN).

Zayo Group - WINNER

Zayo is not only a champion in their local community, but all across the state. Zayo is all about providing opportunities, including Women in Tech, a grassroots resource group that provides a forum to discuss, challenge, and learn. It’s one of several groups that have developed organically, bringing value to employees and defining Zayo’s distinct culture. Zayo encourages participation, facilitating roundtables and providing resources and support for its members.
