NONPROFIT NOMINEES
Industries are often focused on making money, though the non profit sector aims for a different set of goals. Colorado's community is a better place because of the many tireless efforts that those in the nonprofit sector bring to life. The programs they create provide opportunities to support, enrich, and grow our communities. While there are many who deserve recognition, these finalists stood out in making a positive impact.

Westminster Chamber of Commerce - WINNER
Many chambers focus solely on the business community. Westminster Chamber of Commerce has always strived to be more. Recently, the Chamber partnered with the city and other nonprofits in the area to launch a “Start By Believing” initiative to connect survivors of sexual assault with the resources they need to recover. The campaign has been tremendously well received in the community, and several hundred people have signed up to take the pledge to support survivors of sexual assault.
