WDBC Executive Director Mark Alpert, President of Integrated - Delivery Solutions in Colorado, is a former Senior Vice President for Design-Build at CH2M HILL located in Denver, CO. A founding member, past president and member of the Board of Directors, for the Water Design-Build Council, Alpert brings to the WDBC a strong knowledge of the Council’s commitment to research, owner education, and development of source materials all designed to inform owners and practitioners on the best practices of the industry’s design-build and design-build-operate delivery approaches.

John A. Kelley, Jr., has been the Chairman and CEO of CereScan, a functional brain diagnostics company headquartered in Denver, Colorado since mid-2009. Previously, Mr. Kelley served as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of McDATA Corporation, a provider of storage networking and data infrastructure solutions until Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. acquired McDATA in early 2007. Prior to joining McDATA, he served as Executive Vice President of Networks at Qwest Communications International from July 2000 to December 2000, after Qwest acquired US West in 2000. He was the President of Wholesale Markets for US West from May 1998 to July 2000. From 1995 to April of 1998, Mr. Kelley served as Senior Vice-President and General Manager of Large Business and Government Accounts as well as President of the Federal Systems Group.
Chuck started and built eight businesses in 25 years in the U.S. and internationally, and now uses his leadership experience to advise others. His company, Crankset Group, provides outcome-based advisory for business leaders worldwide in the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Stephanie Veck is Director of the Colorado Workforce Development Council, a dynamic partnership between workforce development, economic development, education, business and government. Prior to this, she worked for the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade as a head of the state's Business Retention & Expansion Program. While there, Stephanie brought communities and businesses together to create and implement Colorado Companies to Watch to recognize and support growing companies creating jobs.

Mr. Herrington served as the U.S. Secretary of Energy during the Reagan Administration from 1985 to 1989. Previously, he was the Director of Presidential Personnel and Assistant Secretary of the Navy. After government service, Mr. Herrington was the Chairman of Harcourt, Brace, Jovanovich, Inc.
Nicholas D’Antonio joined the Manufacturing Institute in March of 2012. As a Program Manager, he is responsible for directing the Institute’s image portfolio including the Dream It. Do It. program, a forty one program youth recruitment program that engages and exposes students to careers in manufacturing, as well as Manufacturing Day, a national initiative that addresses common misperceptions about manufacturing by providing manufacturers with a platform to engage their community.
