Generational differences in the workplace are more significant than ever. When Baby Boomers and Generation X employees got together, they came from similar backgrounds. But as Millennial workers signed on, all those differences became more pronounced.
Right now, the turnover rate for millennial workers is incredibly high. They're more willing to leave a job for the satisfaction and values they expect, than are workers of any other generation.
