When you picture Harley Davidson, what comes to mind? Probably images of something super-stereotypically American. Known for their large and loud gas-powered engines, Harley Davidson motorcycles are a certainly a cultural icon. The company is now blazing a new trail - creating their first electric motorcycle.
To show off their new design, the Project LiveWire Experience is beginning a 30-city tour across America starting June 24th in New York City. The first few stops have been announced and the full 2014 US tour schedule will be announced in the next week. Wired reviewed the motorcycle in an article titled Harley-Davidson’s First Electric Motorcycle Surprisingly Doesn’t Suck. "It’s actually pretty cool... It’ll hit 60 mph in under four seconds and it’s got more style than other electrics we’ve ridden."
I'd certainly be interested in checking out Harley Davidson's Electric Motorcycle. So, if you guys are reading this, come through Colorado and let us review it for you!
