Peter Moore is a business and real estate lawyer who has been practicing in Denver since 1981. He is a shareholder of the law firm of Robinson, Waters and O’Dorisio, PC., which is a 34-lawyer law firm that has been practicing in downtown Denver for almost forty years. RWO’s primary practice areas are real estate, banking, corporate, employment, securities, and franchise law as well as commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. Peter is active in many civic, pro bono, and community activities, including, founder and Board Chairman of Vital for Colorado; legal counsel for Geneva Glen Camp; pro bono legal counsel for the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Colorado; and a member of the Admissions Committee of Denver's University Club. He is included in the 2013 - 2016 editions of Best Lawyers in America for Corporate Law and has been rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell since 1990. He received the 2012-2013 Leadership in Motion Award from the South Metro Denver Chamber and, in May of 2014, he received the South Metro Denver Chamber's Brian Vogt Community Leader of the Year Award. Peter received his undergraduate degree in international economics from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University (1978) and his law degree (1981) from the University of Denver College of Law. While in law school he was the Managing Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. He briefly attended the University of Heidelberg in West Germany in 1978 as a German Academic Exchange Service Fellow.
